Last Monday the Detroit Lions squared off with the Chicago Bears for a Monday night football extravaganza. The 5-1 Detroit Lions have been the talk of the league so far this season. Being granted with the opportunity to play in your first Monday night game in 10 plus years only added to the hype. The hometown locals were just as excited to host their first Monday night game as well. The energy was apparent in the air and during the parking lot tailgating that took place! While fans were enjoying pregame festivities, there was an infamous bus drawing a huge amount of attention. The Party bus AKA The Booty Lounge was a portable strip club on wheels. Yes you heard that right people, The Booty Lounge! Eyewitnesses confirmed that they were able to enter the bus and receive lap dances while awaiting kick off.

Msnbc.com gave more info on the booty lounge situation by saying “ Detroit police have impounded a party bus they say operated as a strip club for reveling football fans at a popular tailgating spot”. Quite frankly, we love it!

The Detroit News and WDIV-TV report say that the “Booty Lounge” bus was parked Monday near Ford Field, where the Lions played the Chicago Bears. Police say it was cited for not having a state safety inspection and because the driver didn’t have a commercial license.

The bus was parked earlier Monday outside a bar in the Eastern Market area. Bus operator Joe Parsons agreed to move it at the request of police and said he planned to park out of town but it was discovered later by police on a city street near Ford Field. Parsons said Detroit has no ordinance against “mobile entertainment clubs.”
