At first glance the petite Kelly would seem to be nothing but a cute face but talk to her and you’ll see how she has manned her post as General Manager of Penthouse Executive-NYC. Kelly isn’t bashful about her knowledge of the industry as she says, “I definitely have been in the business for awhile and know a lot about it”. Kelly Skillen is a tough cookie who manages Penthouse Executives-NYC with a fine comb. Similar to many other industries there is only a certain amount of schooling that prepares you for a job like hers. Never attending college, she jumped into the industry head first and has been winning ever since.

Being a woman in this industry has it’s obvious disadvantages but there are untold advantages as Kelly points out, “When a huge male GM walks up to overly intoxicated patrons a lot of times they [the patron] get defensive and testosterone kicks in but someone like me can get quicker results cause believe it or not, they listen”. Being one of the only woman in such a powerful position at a world renowned Gentlemen’s Club, Kelly is definitely one of the trailblazers in the industry that’s opening many doors to a lot of women in the industry outside of the dancing aspect.
