Ex-Penthouse Dancer Sues SCORES NY for Wrongful Use of Her Photo in Ads

Ex-Penthouse Executive entertainer, Nicole Hughes, has filed a lawsuit with the Manhattan Supreme Court against Scores New York for the ‘unlawful’ use of her photo in their billboard advertisements last year.Hughes has hired a lawyer and feels her image on the advertisements has hindered her from being able to make money at future establishments because of the affiliation with the Scores name given their previous prostitution bust.
Her suit is as follows:
“Ms. Hughes has suffered severe emotional distress as well as severe financial hardship and disruption to her life as a result of [Scores'] unlawful actions, and her involuntary public affiliation with the ‘Scores’ name.”
“The defendant compelled Ms. Hughes to execute the release by threatening Ms. Hughes that she would not be able to work for Penthouse ever again and would have to go home if she didn’t sign,” the suit says. “[Hughes] did not even receive the $4.00 that was promised in connection with signing the release.”
