Irving Edwin Howard, a patron at Club Indigo in Fort Meyers, FL, was attending the nightclub when it became apparent he had no shoes and was asked to leave. Unclear what the issue was, Howard proceeded to scantily strip off each article of clothing until he was fully naked inside the club.

Noticing the disturbance he was causing, club management called the Fort Meyers Police Department to which Howard responds by running wildly around the club until he ended up in the ladies bathroom. Dancing around like a well-paid entertainer, Howard ends up squaring off with an officer on either side of the bathroom. When asked to leave the bathroom, Howard ran full force at the officer with fists clenched. The officer caught Howard with his taser and Howard hit the floor and was slapped with the cuffs. He was charged with disorderly conduct, indecent exposure, trespassing, and resisting arrest without violence.
