Hott Lap Dance which was a midtown hot spot was said to bring in 1million dollars a year in revenue. Posner walked away with no-jail time after taking a plea (avoiding a 15 year prison term) of five years probation and 60 days of community service.

Posner said “It was present at the club on a nightly basis and I was aware that a number of the dancers were regularly engaged in prostitution in the private rooms. I did not discourage this prostitution activity because it seemed to make the club more popular and increase its revenues which I shared”. Assistant District Attorney Eugene Hurley said Posner can’t be associate with any lap dance clubs or any sexually proactive performances whether live or on the internet.
