Veteran police lieutenant from Henderson has been arrested on a prostitution solicitation charge. That 44-year-old John Coggs was arrested Sept. 10.He’s the second police officer from Henderson arrested since August by Las Vegas police on prostitution charges. Coggs lives in North Las Vegas. He’s on paid leave pending a departmental investigation. He told the Review-Journal he’s disputing the charges.
