Lucky Cheng’s is an eatery with a Shanghai cabaret theme. The staff work in drag and for $32.00 you can have a three course meal and enjoy a cabaret show performed by beautiful drag queens. Lucky Cheng’s has two locations one in New York and one in Las Vegas. So if you’re in New York head downtown to first avenue and find the red glass doors that will transport you to the world of drag and cabaret.
Standing outside the establishment there is a neon sign advertising karaoke and delivery. Walk up the steps and open the red and glass doors to a Shanghai inspired bar, lounge and restaurant. Order a drink and listen to club and electronic music. The staff is all in drag, so they are all men dressed as women, but it is hard to tell. Many of them have legs that most women wish for.
