Man Sues Hustler Club over $28K Bar Tab
Larry Flynts Hustler Club is making headlines for not so great news. I know we are all familiar with the high end extravagance that comes with the top Gentlemen’s Clubs in the country, and Hustler is just that. I actually just recently got a call from a friend that had an expensive bar tab and mentioned that two Heinekens ran him $30.00, and this was in Phiadelphia.
For the most of us $30.00 may be breaking the bank for one round in this economy. Wait until you here what our buddies from the New York Post told us.
A Manhattan man says he ended up with a mysterious $28,000 bar tab during a single visit to the Hell’s Kitchen hot spot, Larry Flynts Hustler Club. According to W.A. Ilg, he went to the mammary mecca this past May 24 — and doesn’t remember much of what happened after that.
The club wrongfully served plaintiff excess alcoholic beverages such that the plaintiff was no longer capable of conducting financial transactions,” Ilg said in papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.
“Thereafter, defendant wrongfully charged $28,109.60 to plaintiff’s credit card, a sum far in excess of any reasonable costs for said alcoholic beverages,” the suit says.
The suit says those charges are overinflated – but the epidermis emporium has refused his demands to refund the money.
Now, in the court of law I’m sure this “victim” is going to get questioned about how he could know exactly how much he charged on his card if he was so intoxicated but then again, maybe he thinks he has a valid suit.
We’ve spent endless days and nights in Hustler and know what kind of fun can come with that place. We’ve seen some people spend thousands of dollars in the matter of minutes and for good reason but it seems like the individual claiming wrong doing doesn’t know the ins and outs of the strip club world, Cash is always the way to go when it comes to your first few times, at least you know what you spent when you walk out!
