Gentlemen’s club may be hit with new rules and regulations that can drastically affect their business. As of right now licensing chiefs are arranging new laws that can give cities the ability to put a real choke hold on the industry. Under these new laws Gentlemen’s clubs will need to apply for a sex entertainment venue license within the next 12 months or face being shut down, mean while local councils will also have the power to ban clubs from opening near schools or in residential areas.
