Premiering tonight on the WE network, ‘Senior Daze’, follows four senior-citizens and their lives as they live out their golden years in an Arizona retirement home. These four lively characters have been compared to MTV’s Jersey Shore cast and for good reason!

In the premiere episode, two women are seen slinging guns at their gun club and taking pole dancing classes. They describe their life at the retirement home as fun-filled and they are still very much active. Just because they are old doesn’t mean they’re dead, according to Joanne Hauncher, one of the stars of the show. Critics have compared the shows lively personalities to those of MTV’s Jersey Shore, to which Hauncher believes is “great to be compared to twentysomethings at our age.”
