An Upper East Side Crunch is being sued by Sue Ann Wee after she tumbled down the pole during one of her classes in June. Wee was upside-down and hanging from the pole with her legs dangling when she asked an instructor for help, Warywoda (Wee’s attorney) said. “He just left her hanging,” he said.
